Support

Report a layout that looks wrong, request a feature, or get in touch — and how each one reaches the team.

Whether a layout looks wrong, you want a capability that isn't there yet, or you just have a question, here is how to reach the team and what happens next.

Report a layout

The solver builds every layout from a fixed set of rules, but a result can still look wrong for your site — overlapping equipment, an odd road path, a wasted strip, or spacing that isn't how you would build it. When that happens, report it. Every report is how the solver gets better.

Tap Report issue in the bottom toolbar and describe what you see. Be specific — "the E-house blocks the gate" or "the north strip is wasted" tells the team more than "this looks off." The full design goes with the report automatically — not a screenshot, but the inputs the solver used: your boundary, the configuration, and every tuned value. The team can reopen the exact layout you saw and re-solve it, so there is nothing else for you to send.

The solver improves with every report. When a fix ships you can re-solve the same site and see the result immediately — no need to redraw or reconfigure. Fixes that change how the solver packs are listed on the roadmap. Reporting is on every plan and needs no sign-up, though signing in lets the team follow up with you directly.

Request a feature

Missing something? The roadmap doubles as a feature request board — submit an idea, and see what has shipped and what is planned next.
